Private lessons (one student) and Semi-privates (2-3 students) allow for greater hands-on training with the instructor.  Private instruction is arranged by appointment only. Please confirm rate with particular instructors. Rates may vary based on staff availability and particular instructor's scheduling demands. Always ask before booking a session. Remember, payments must be made prior to the private class being taught.

Class Policy
All classes begin and end on time.  Dancers should be prompt to allow for proper warm-up and conditioning.  For safety, anyone arriving later than 15 minutes into the class may not be permitted to participate.

No chewing gum, in class, as it my lead to choking.

Please note, dress code is strictly enforced.  Baggy clothes may impact proper respiration and cause the body to overheat.  Under no circumstances may students dance in jeans.

Long hair should be secured back from face and neck.

Street shoes are not allowed on the studio floors unless they are designated as dance shoes (new shoes that are never worn outside). Note, if dance shoes are worn outside, you may be asked to leave the class.  No black rubber soles, please.

Only dance shoes are to be worn on the studio floors in order to preserve the integrity of our floors. Please do not wear your dance shoes outside. Students wearing dance shoes outside will not be allowed to dance in the shoes.

No Make-up Policy

Registration Policy
Registration is accepted on a first come first served basis. Classes are closed once capacity is reached. Priority registration is given to returning students in the following order:

   1) Monthly account students who attend prior fall and summer. This may include series students in good standing with consistent attendance (not missing more than one week per month).
   2) Monthly accounts who attend prior fall/spring session only
   3) New Summer enrollees
   4) All other new studio clients and per class students

Families are encouraged to contact the studio by phone or drop by during office hours if they have not received recommendations in the mail prior to Open Enrollment. The burden of registration is on the enrolling families.

The annual registration fee is $40 per student.

   Friendly Reminders
At the bottom of each check write the students First & Last name.

Monthly accounts tuition is due on the 1st and late after the 5th.

Please note: new students enrolling prior to February 10 will receive a 6-month contracted monthly rate, which reflects a 10% difference. Also, 10-month accounts wishing to drop their number of contracted classes at this point may be asked to pay the 6-month rate. We will discuss any changes in your billing rate after receiving your notification or upon filling out your drop/change form.

The studio requires four weeks written notice for your drops or changes. Failure to do so will hold you responsible for tuition for that month. It helps to discuss your changes before hand with the front desk. They can help you plan!
When in doubt, please write a note and drop it in the payment box or give a call and leave us a message at the studio. Specify your question and when is the best time to reach you. These basic rules are in place to make sure we provide you with the best service possible.
